Our Work Policies

• Get lifetime WARRANTY on passenger and light trucks' starters and alternators.
• Heavy-duty, construction, marine vehicles' starters, and alternators come with a 1-year WARRANTY.
• Batteries will be prorated according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Please note that the warranty does not cover man-made damages. All warranties will be availed after we test the components to verify if it's indeed defective.

Our Policies for Core

• All units are sold and priced as exchange.
• If a core is not returned at the time of purchase, a core charge will be applied.
• Once you return a core, the core charge will be credited or refunded, depending on the method of payment.
• If the core can't be rebuilt, a core charge will be applied.
